  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules.)\nThese Rules amend the Crown Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1979 to provide:\nthe procedure for applications to the Court under Parts 4 and 8 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002;\nfor an application for leave to prefer a voluntary bill of indictment under section 2(2)(e) of the Grand Jury (Abolition) Act (Northern Ireland) 1969 to be served on the accused who may make submissions; and\nthe procedure for the variation and discharge of account monitoring orders made under the Terrorism Act 2000.",
