# The Crown Court (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2019, Article 2: Amendment to the Crown Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1979


The Crown Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1979 are amended as follows—
(1) In the Arrangement of Rules, omit the heading “Part V References to the European Court” and the entries for rules 39 to 42.
(2) Omit Part V (Rules 39 to 42).
(3) In the schedule, omit Form 4.
