The Crown Court Rules Committee makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 52(1) and 53A of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978^f1, section 49 of the Crime (International Co-Operation) Act 2003^f2 and section 11(1) of the Crime (Overseas Production Orders) Act 2019^f3.
