# The Crown Court (Miscellaneous Amendments) Rules 1999, Article 4: The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Preparatory Hearings) (Interlocutory Appeals) Rules 1997


(1) The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Preparatory Hearings) (Interlocutory Appeals) Rules 1997 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this rule.
(2) In rules 10(1)(b) and 12(2)(b), for the word “person” there shall be substituted the word “party”.
