  "text": "Exiting The European Union\nCustoms\nMade 13th February 2019\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 13th day of February 2019\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nA draft of this Order was laid before the House of Commons in accordance with section 32(11) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018 and approved by a resolution of that House.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty, in exercising the powers conferred upon Her by section 31(4) of the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows—",
