  "text": "Constitutional Law\nDevolution, Scotland\nMade 15th February 2017\nComing into force 16th February 2017\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of February 2017\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nThis Order is made by Her Majesty in Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36(9) and (10) of the Scotland Act 2016.\nIn accordance with section 36(11) of the Scotland Act 2016, a draft of this Order has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nAccordingly Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, makes the following Order:",
