# The Crown Estate Transfer Scheme 2017, Paragraph 4: Transfer of employment rights and liabilities


Any act or omission before the transfer date, of or in relation to the Commissioners in respect of a contract mentioned in paragraph 2, is deemed to have been an act or omission of or in relation to the transferee.
