  "text": "And it is hereby further enacted That if any Person intended by this Act to be disabled for any the Causes aforesaid shall neverthelesse presume to act as a Commissioner in the Execution of this Act or any the Powers herein contained every such Person for such Offence shall forfeite the Summe of Fifty Pounds to any Person or Persons that will informe or sue for the same to be recovered in any His Majesties Courts of Record by Action of Debt or of the Case Bill Suite or Information wherein no Essoigne Protection Wager of Law or more than one Imparlance shall be allowed",
