# Crown Lands (Forfeited Estates) Act 1698, Section LVIII: Proviso for Grant for Children of Sir Charles Porter.


Provided, alsoe, That nothing in this Act shall make void a Grant to or in Trust for the Children of Sir Charles Porter, late Lord Chancellor of Ireland but that the same shall be and remaine as if this Act had never beene made.
