  "heading": "Tenants of said Hospitals, Colleges, &c. not exempt from Taxation.",
  "text": "Provided alwaies, That nothing contained in this Act, shall be construed or taken to discharge any Tenant of any the Houses or Lands belonging to the said Colledges, Halls, Hospitalls, Almes-houses or Schooles, or any of them, who by their Leases, or other Contracts, are and doe stand obliged to pay and discharge all Rates, Taxes and Impositions whatsoever; but that they and every of them shall be rated and pay all such Rates, Taxes and Impositions; Any thing in this Act contained to the contrary notwithstanding.",
