# The Crown Office Fees Order 1987, Article 2


The following fees shall be taken in the Office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery—
(1) Letters Patent under the Great Seal—
Heralds
£50
Queen’s Counsel (England and Wales)
£350
Charter of Incorporation or Supplemental Charter (England and Wales)
£350
Grant of Title of City
£350
Grant of Title of Lord Mayor
£350;
(2) On filing a Memorial for appointment as a Welsh District Notary
£100;
(3) Writ of Summons on the Determination of an abeyance of a Barony
£350.
