  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order replaces the existing Fees Order with a new Order which makes increases in the fees for which it provides. Provision is no longer made for the fee in respect of Letters Patent determining the abeyance of a Barony, which is now obsolete. The variety of fees formerly charged for proceedings leading to the appointment of a Welsh District Notary are replaced by a single fee payable on the filing of a Memorial applying for appointment.",
