The following fees shall be taken in the Office of the Clerk of the Crown in Chancery—
| (1) Letters Patent under the Great Seal— | |
| Heralds | £60 |
| Queen’s Counsel (England and Wales) | £380 |
| Charter of Incorporation or Supplemental Charter (England and Wales) | £350 |
| Grant of Title of City | £800 |
| Grant of Title of Lord Mayor | £800; |
| (2) On filing a Memorial for appointment as a Welsh District Notary | £100; |
| (3) Writ of Summons on the Determination of an abeyance of a Barony | £350. |
