# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 14

Extent: E+W+S

Nothing in this Part of this Schedule affects the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between the Council and an operator in respect of any apparatus laid or erected in land belonging to the Council on the date on which this Order is made of which the benefit and burden is transferred to the Council under article 36 (transfer of former Croxley Green Branch line).
