# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 37

Extent: E+W+S

(1) The Council must not under the powers of this Order, without the consent of LUL, which is not to be unreasonably withheld, acquire or enter upon, take or use, whether temporarily or permanently or acquire any new rights over any railway property.
(2) Sub-paragraph (1) is not to prevent the Council from acquiring the interest of any person other than LUL in the said land unless existing provisions governing the transfer of such interest prevent such interest being transferred.
