# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 49

Extent: E+W+S

If the cost of maintaining, working or renewing its railway property is reduced in consequence of any such alterations or additions referred to in paragraph 47, a capitalised sum representing such saving is to be set off against any sum payable by the Council to LUL under this Part of this Schedule.
