# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 57

Extent: E+W+S

Where required by the engineer the Council must to the reasonable satisfaction of the engineer fence off a specified work or a protective work or take such other steps as the engineer may require to be taken for the purpose of separating a specified work or a protective work from the waterway, whether on a temporary or permanent basis.
