# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 64

Extent: E+W+S

The Council must not in the course of constructing a specified work or a protective work or otherwise in connection with those works do or permit anything which may result in the pollution of the waterway or the deposit of materials in it and must take such steps as the engineer may reasonably require to avoid or make good any breach of its obligations under this paragraph.
