# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 69

Extent: E+W+S

Any additional expenses which the Trust may reasonably incur in altering, reconstructing or maintaining the waterway under any powers existing at the date when this Order was made by reason of the existence of a specified work, provided that 56 days’ previous notice of the commencement of such alteration, reconstruction or maintenance has been given to the Council, are to be repaid by the Council to the Trust.
