# The Croxley Rail Link Order 2013, Paragraph 72

Any difference arising between the Council and the Trust under this Part of this Schedule (other than a difference as to the meaning or construction of this Part of this Schedule) is to be referred to and settled by arbitration in accordance with article 47 (arbitration).
