  "text": "INTERNATIONAL IMMUNITIES AND PRIVILEGES\nMade 15th March 1989\nLaid before Parliament 23rd March 1989\nComing into force 13th April 1989\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 15th day of March 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas the Conference on Security and Co-operation in Europe (CSCE) Information Forum is to be held in the United Kingdom from 18th April to 12th May 1989 and is to be attended by representatives of the United Kingdom and of the Governments of other sovereign Powers:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, by virtue and in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 6 of the International Organisations Act 1968 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
