  "text": "The amount of work that is carried out in the United Kingdom or elsewhere is determined—\n(a) for the purposes of regulations 3(6)(a)(i)(aa), 3(6)(b)(i)(aa), 4A(6)(a)(i), or 4A(6)(b)(i) (principal photography), by reference to the number of days spent on the work;\n(b) for the purposes of the rest of regulations 3(6), 4(6) and 4A(6) (where work carried out), by reference to the amount of expenditure on the work.",
