# The Cumbria Combined Authority Order 2026, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent

Extent: E+W

(1) This Order may be cited as the Cumbria Combined Authority Order 2026.
(2) Save as provided in paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) Part 5 (mayoral functions) comes into force on 10th May 2027.
(4) This Order extends to England and Wales.
