# The Cumbria Combined Authority Order 2026, Article 10: Amendment of the Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018

Extent: E+W

(1) The Sub-national Transport Body (Transport for the North) Regulations 2018 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation) in the definition of “constituent authorities”—
(a) omit “Cumberland Council” and “Westmorland and Furness Council”; and
(b) above “Greater Manchester Combined Authority”, insert “Cumbria Combined Authority”.
