# The Curfew Condition (Responsible Officer) Order 1999, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order specifies the descriptions of persons who are to be made responsible, by a curfew condition relating to a place of curfew in any part of England and Wales, for monitoring a released person’s whereabouts during the curfew periods.
