This Order amends the Curfew Order (Responsible Officer) Order 1997 as respects the definition of a person who is to be made responsible, by a curfew order relating to a place of curfew in Cambridgeshire, Norfolk or Suffolk, for monitoring an offender’s whereabouts during the curfew period.
