# Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Act 2021, Paragraph 23

In section 579 (general interpretation), in subsection (1), in the definition of “regulations”—
(a) omit “(except in Chapter 5A)”;
(b) at the end insert “ , except where otherwise stated or where the function of making the regulations has been transferred to the Welsh Ministers in relation to Wales ”.
