# Curriculum and Assessment (Wales) Act 2021, Paragraph 46

(1) Section 210 (orders and regulations) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (6A)—
(a) omit “or Part 7”;
(b) omit “unless the instrument contains an order mentioned in subsection (6AB)”.
(3) Omit subsection (6AB).
