  "text": "(1) A provider of funded non-maintained nursery education must—\n(a) adopt a curriculum for children for whom that education is provided (whether the section 13 curriculum or another curriculum the provider considers suitable), and\n(b) publish a summary of the adopted curriculum.\n(2) But a curriculum may not be adopted under this section unless it complies with the requirements in sections 20 to 24 ....",
