  "heading": "Compassionate release on life licence: conditions",
  "text": "(1) This section applies where by virtue of section 27(1) the Scottish Ministers release a prisoner on life licence.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers must include in the licence—\n(a) the standard conditions,\n(b) the supervision conditions, and\n(c) such other conditions as they consider appropriate.\n(3) The Scottish Ministers may—\n(a) vary or cancel the conditions mentioned in subsection (2),\n(b) include further conditions in the licence.",
