Section XIII Proviso concerning Party Jury.

Be it alsoe hereby enacted That upon any Actions Suits and Informac[i]ons that shall be brought co[m]menced or entred upon any Law or Statute concerning the Kings Majesties Subsidies of Tonnage and Poundage or Ships or Goods to be forfeited by reason of unlawfull Importation or Exportation there shall not be any Party Jury but such only as are the natural and free born subjects of the King His Heires or Successors.
