  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Customs (Additional Duty) (Russia and Belarus) Regulations 2022 (S.I. 2022/376).\nRegulation 2 amends the definition of “relevant Additional Duties Document” in regulation 2 of those Regulations to replace the Russian and Belarusian additional duties documents with new versions of the documents.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument.",
