# The Customs (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 9: Amendment of the Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003

(1) The Schedule to the Customs (Contravention of a Relevant Rule) Regulations 2003 is amended as follows.
(2) In the table in the Schedule, after the entry for regulation 131F(4) under the heading “Unaccompanied Goods” insert—

Regulation 131H(1)
Where goods are imported under the circumstances described in regulation 131G, a declaration in respect of the goods must be made in accordance with regulation 131H(1).
