# The Customs and Excise Border Procedures (Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) (No. 2) Regulations 2021, Regulation 8: Amendment of the Customs (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

(1) The Customs (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 32 (application of the Customs (Import Duty) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018) after “Parts 1 to 10, 12, 13,” insert “13C, 13E”.
