  "text": "In the Schedule to the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987()—\n(a) the reference to article 22 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 222/77() in column (2) shall be construed as a reference to that article as amended by article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 474/90(), and\n(b) for the words “Carrier to give each office of transit a transit advice note” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “Carrier to give each specified office of transit a transit advice note”.",
