  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order, which comes into force on 28th July 1988, reimposes duties on certain categories of iron or steel products originating in Yugoslavia.\nThis Order implements a reintroduction of duty up to the end of 1988 made pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 3 of a decision 87/612/ECSC of the representatives of governments of Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community meeting within the Council on 21 December 1987 (OJ No. L400, 31.12.1987, p. 45). Decision 87/612/ECSC of 21 December 1987 established ceilings for imports of certain ECSC goods originating in Yugoslavia. These ceilings have now been reached on the goods the subject of this Order.\nThe Commission communication to Member States giving notice of the reintroduction of custom duties is published in OJ No. C193 of 22.7.1988.",
