  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order comes into operation on 6th November 1987. It replaces the provisions formerly contained in the Customs Duties (ECSC) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 9) Order 1987 which expired on 5th November 1987.\nThis Order reimposes duties on goods falling within headings 73.08, 73.11 AI AIV a) 1 and 73.11B which originate in Yugoslavia. Decision 86/642/ECSC of the representatives of the governments of the Member States of the European Coal and Steel Community meeting within the Council on 22nd December 1986 (OJ No. L380 of 31.12.1986, p.59) established ceilings for imports of certain ECSC products originating in Yugoslavia. These ceilings have now been reached on products falling within the above headings.\nThe Commission Communications to Member States giving notice of the reintroduction of customs duties were published in OJ No. C138 of 23.5.1987 and OJ No. C154 of 12.6.1987.",
