# The Customs Duty (Community Reliefs) Order 1984, Introduction: Introductory text


CUSTOMS AND EXCISE
Made 22nd May 1984
Laid before the House of Commons 31st May 1984
Coming into Operation 1st July 1984
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 13(1A), (3) and 17(3) of the Customs and Excise Duties (General Reliefs) Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:—
