  "heading": "Export declarations made orally by an individual",
  "text": "(1) Subject to paragraph (2), an individual may make an export declaration orally in respect of any of the following goods—\n(a) non-commercial goods;\n(b) personal gifts on export;\n(c) goods where—\n(i) the value of the goods does not exceed the amount specified in a notice published by HMRC under regulation 17A(3), ...\n(ii) the weight of the goods does not exceed 1000kg , and\n(iii) the goods are not subject to excise duty.\n(d) goods which—\n(i) are a means of transport subject to registration in the United Kingdom, and\n(ii) meet any further conditions provided in a notice which may be given by HMRC;\n(e) any spare parts, accessories and equipment connected to that means of transport;\n(f) fodder and feeding stuffs accompanying animals for the purpose of feeding them during their exportation;\n(g) packaging which is not intended for sale and is either—\n(i) exported filled and intended for import (whether filled or unfilled); or\n(ii) exported unfilled and intended for import filled.\n(1A) Subject to paragraph (2), ... an individual may make an export declaration orally in respect of goods which are listed in Part G of the Oral or By conduct list.\n(2) Paragraphs (1) and (1A) do not apply—\n(a) where the goods are exported at a location which is specified in a notice published by HMRC; or\n(b) to the making of oral declarations of a type specified in a notice published by HMRC.",
