# The Customs (Import and Export Declarations By Conduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Import and Export Declarations By Conduct) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 20th November 2021.
