Regulation 6 Amendment of the Taxation Cross-border Trade (Special Procedures Supplementary and General Provision etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020

The Taxation Cross-border Trade (Special Procedures Supplementary and General Provision etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020^f1 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the temporary admission document”, for “version 3.0, published on 17th December 2020”^f2 substitute “version 4.0, published on 16th April 2021”^f3.
