Regulation 6 Amendment of the Wharves, Examination Stations and Temporary Storage (Approval Conditions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018
Regulation 2 of the Wharves, Examination Stations and Temporary Storage (Approval Conditions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (approval conditions)f1 is amended as follows—
(a)
at the beginning of paragraph (3), insert “Subject to paragraph (4),”;
(b)
after paragraph (3), insert—
“(4)Before the Commissioners approve a place as a temporary storage facility that meets the conditions in regulation 2(1A) of the Customs (Temporary Storage Facilities Approval Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 that place must meet Items 1 to 4 in relation to Items 5 to 7, 11(a) and 12 to 15 in the Schedule.”.
