  "text": "(1) The Customs (Temporary Storage Facilities Approval Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1—\n(a) omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (a);\n(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—\n“; and\n(c) must, in the opinion of an officer of Revenue and Customs—\n(i) be of sufficient financial standing; and\n(ii) have sufficient professional standards of competence or sufficient practical experience,\nto make that operator suitable to operate a TSF.”.",
