# The Customs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Customs (Temporary Storage Facilities Approval Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) The Customs (Temporary Storage Facilities Approval Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 4 of Schedule 1—
(a) omit the “and” after sub-paragraph (a);
(b) after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
; and
(c) must, in the opinion of an officer of Revenue and Customs—
(i) be of sufficient financial standing; and
(ii) have sufficient professional standards of competence or sufficient practical experience,
to make that operator suitable to operate a TSF.
