# The Customs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2025, Regulation 11: Consequential amendments - transit procedures


In the Customs and Excise (Transit) Regulations 1993, in Schedule 1 (relevant transit provisions) omit—
(a) the row with the entry “Paragraph 49(1) of Schedule 1”;
(b) the row with the entry “Paragraph 52(1)(b) of Schedule 1”.
