Regulation 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 30th June 2026.

The amendment made by regulation 4(4) has effect in relation to liabilities to import duty incurred on or after 30th June 2026.
