# The Customs (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Customs (Bulk Customs Declaration and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020


In regulation 5 of the Customs (Bulk Customs Declaration and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 (the bulk Customs declaration process), in paragraph (2)(a) for “Great Britain” in the second place it occurs, substitute “the United Kingdom”.
