# The Customs (Miscellaneous Provisions) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

(1) The Customs (Special Procedures and Outward Processing) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 32(2) (authorised uses), for ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.2)” dated 19th July 2021” substitute ““Authorised Use: Eligible Goods and Authorised Uses (version 2.3)” dated 28th December 2021”.
