# The Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 15th December 2025.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
