Regulation 3 Amendment of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
In regulation 1(2) of the Customs Tariff (Establishment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020f1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in the definition of “Tariff of the United Kingdom”, for “1.4, dated 28th May 2021” substitute “1.5, dated 19th July 2021f2”.
